Dispatch Time: Orders are promptly dispatched within 0-2 days or as per the agreed delivery date mentioned during order confirmation. The delivery timeline is subject to the norms of the chosen courier company or post office.

 

Responsibility and Guarantee: While OKHAL by Bounding Agro Tribes Pvt Ltd ensures the consignment is handed over to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-2 days from the order and payment date, any delays in delivery are beyond our control. We do not hold liability for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

 

Delivery Address: All orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer during the ordering process.

 

Confirmation: Delivery details and updates will be confirmed via email to the buyer's registered mail ID.
